The Custom Craftworks 9" Dual-Action Adjustable Face Cradle with Pillow gently adjusts up and down for optimum cervical flexion and to properly support clients, prone or supine. It is lightweight and folds flat for easy storage. A comfortable foam pillow is included. 

Please note this base only fits tables with face rest holes 9" apart. To ensure proper fit: measure the distance from the center of the left face rest hole to the center of the right face rest hole at the head of your massage table. The 9" Dual-Action Face Cradle Base fits our Premium tables including Athena, Omni, Feldenkrais, Elegance, Pro, Majestic, McKenzie and Hands-Free.
