Stronglite warranties the Premier, Classic Deluxe, Versalite Pro and Prima portable tables as well as the Ergo-Pro II and Ergo Pro massage chairs, excluding foam, upholstery and facecradle platforms, against defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product, or for five (5) years after the model is discontinued. Stronglite warranties the Standard Plus and Standard Portable Tables as well as the Standard Chair, excluding foam, upholstery and face cradle platforms, against defects in materials and craftsmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. The foam, upholstery and facecradle platforms are warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, which includes tears in upholstery and damage caused by chemical based cleaners.
ELECTRIC LIFT TABLES
Our electric lift tables have a 10-year warranty on the frame. The lift motor and controls have a one (1) year warranty from the original date of purchase. If, within this year, there is a defect, malfunction or failure of the lift motor or controls, Stronglite will replace or repair the defective component at our discretion, shipping not included. The cushioning and upholstery are warranted for three (3) years. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Stronglite’s sole discretion.
Massage accessories include items that are not a part of the table or chair itself, such as bolsters, table warmers, face pillows, fleece pads, cloud comfort pads, and any other item not a part of the table or chair. Our massage table accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by harsh cleaners or incorrect cleaning methods. This Warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Stronglite’s sole discretion, shipping charges are not included.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I get reimbursed for my original shipping charges under the 30-day policy?
Stronglite does not reimburse original shipping charges or return shipping charges on items returned under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
How do I return a product that I purchased?
Return claims must provide proof of original purchase to obtain a Stronglite Return Material Authorization (RMA). Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition. If the equipment has been used Stronglite reserves the right to evaluate the equipment and limit the refund to a value commensurate with the condition of the equipment. Products that are customized, such as special upholstery, will have a 20% re-stocking fee applied to all returns or exchanges unless due to a manufacturer’s defect.
What if I passed the 30-Day mark and I still would like to return my product?
Returns that are requested after the 30 day period must be approved by Stronglite Customer Service and will be charged a restocking fee of 20% automatically, if the product is used or not in like-new condition, it is at Stronglite’s sole discretion on how the product will be refunded. After one year the product may not be returned for credit.
Can I return sheets or lubricants?
Lotions, oils, creams and disposable items are returnable only if unopened or due to a manufacturer’s defect. Linens may be returned only if unopened or due to a manufacturer’s defect.
How do I begin a warranty claim?

How do I return the product for a replacement/repair?
You are responsible for the proper packaging and shipping (charges and arrangements) of your product back to the factory for any warranty claim. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at customer’s expense) for any warranty claim.
Who is responsible for the shipping of the item back to me?
Stronglite will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
What does warranty include?

What would void my warranty?
All warranties are invalidated by non-factory modifications and unauthorized repairs, which will immediately terminate all liability by Stronglite for the product or damages caused by its use. The buyer and its customers shall be responsible for proper set-up, inspection, maintenance, and use of the products and as well as any supervision required for safety. In no event shall Stronglite be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages or costs. The warranties set forth herein are the sole and exclusive warranties provided by Stronglite. There are no other warranties, representations or guarantees provided by Stronglite either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
How can I properly clean my fleece table pads and warmers?
Fleece pads with no heating ability can be washed safely in a washing machine with cold water and air dry or tumble dry on cool. Table warmers with either fleece or no fleece are to be spot cleaned. A laundry detergent can be used to spot clean, however do not submerge the warmer in water or attempt to clean using either an at home washer and dryer or a dry cleaning service. This will void the warranty as it can ruin the heating mechanism.
